What platform do you use to build my website?

We build websites using WordPress. During our discovery call, we will go through the needs of your project or if you would like to tweak a current site, we will discuss that as well!

WordPress is the world’s most popular and widely used content management system.

Do you offer a website refresh?

Do I get any revisions throughout the process?

Yes, there will be opportunities for revisions built into the agreed timeline.

What if I need additional revisions?

If there is a need for additional revisions outside those outlined in the project scope, it’s no problem and we can discuss the additional revisions prior to implementing them to see if any additional fee needs to be added to the project. The price will depend on the type of revisions required and on how long it takes to implement.

Do you offer ongoing support/maintain websites once built?

Yes! We are always available during any design process but if you would like continued support once your site is live or if you’re stuck with anything, we’re still just an email or phone call away!

We understand that you need to focus on the important things such as running your business so you can leave the maintenance to us! The level of support/maintenance and fee will be agreed in advance and can include anything from software updates, adding or updating content or inventory, performing general updates, etc.

How long does the process take?

All projects will vary depending on the requirements and complexity of the project. Each project is unique and as such timelines will differ depending on the type of website, number of pages, whether it’s an ecommerce or membership site, etc. At the start of each project we will discuss your requirements and agree an ideal launch date and work towards that. We also offer an expedited service for more time-sensitive projects for an additional fee. Before we begin any work we’ll ask you a few questions about your brand and the goals you want to achieve with this project, this will help to influence our process ensuring you get exactly what you’d envisioned, and more. There will also be multiple opportunities for revisions to make sure that you’re fully happy with your final design.

Will I be involved in the design decisions?

Yes! It is a collaborative process so communication is key! We will go through all of your requirements during our discovery call and you will also be kept up to date of the status of your project throughout the process. There will also be agreed opportunities to make revisions throughout.

What do I need to get the ball rolling?

You can book a free discovery call with us and we will go through everything you need in order to get started. Typically, knowledge of the type of website you are looking for, a vision for your business/website or any brand guidelines available is all helpful information to have. Once your contract is agreed and your initial invoice is paid, we will send you a questionnaire and schedule a strategy session.

I'm in! When can we get started?

Depending on the scope of the project, we typically book 1-3 months in advance. The good news is that this gives you plenty of time to prepare (determining the type of website you would like, type of content you want to use on your website, etc.). You can fill our our client application form here! If we’re the right fit, we will be in touch and will provide you with additional information.

How much does it cost?

We understand that everyone has unique requirements and therefore each project is a little different. During our initial call, we’ll discuss your current requirements, goals, and any specific needs. You will then receive a quote after this.

If you have a budget in mind we can discuss this and endeavour to provide options that may be suitable.

Is this considered a business deductible expense?

Yes.

How does payment work?

We accept payments via bank transfer. Once we have agreed on your contract you will receive an invoice for your 50% deposit to reserve your spot then when the project is complete, prior to delivery of the final files, you will receive an invoice for the remaining 50%.
